Job Description:

We are looking for a Social Media/Content Creator with a strong eye for design, storytelling, and visual creativity. This role focuses on creating engaging posts, reels, and video content aligned with brand guidelines and content requirements across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral

• Design creative and visually appealing social media posts, reels, and short-form videos

• Develop content concepts based on briefs, campaigns, and brand tone

• Handle end-to-end content creation, from idea to final visual output

• Create motion-based content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms

• Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure content accuracy and quality

• Edit videos and reels using relevant tools while maintaining quality and consistency

• Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and creative styles

• Optimize content for SEO, social media, and online visibility

Required Skills

• Strong creative and visual design sense

• Hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator

• Have a video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar)

• Ability to create engaging reels, short videos, and motion graphics

• Understanding of content requirements for different platforms

• Good time management and ability to work with deadlines

• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills

• Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Graphic Design, IT, or a related field

• 1-2 years of proven experience as a Content Creator

• Demonstrated experience creating blogs, articles, graphics, or video content

• Portfolio showcasing writing, technical, graphic design, or video work

Nice to Have:

• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar

• Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro etc

• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and digital marketing strategies

• Experience in content marketing analytics
