OM Solutionz is looking for an ambitious candidate with exceptional communication skills to join its Business Development Department as “Lead Generation Officer”. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, persuasive, negotiation, and documentation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting potential customers on freelancing and business platforms such as Upwork, Linkedin, etc.
- Write and submit business proposals to potential clients (individuals and companies alike)
- Handle prospecting via proposals, emails, calls, etc.
- Conducting research to identify potential customers.
- Manage all the documentation work required for requirements gathering from clients
- Handle the generation of on-call meetings with potential clients
- Develop and maintain a database of potential leads and customer information within the CRM system.
- Qualify leads through effective communication and follow-up techniques.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to lead generation.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, performance, and progress towards goals.
Requirements:
- Fresh-6 months of experience is required in a relevant field
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent command of documentation
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and business platforms is a plus.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with a strong drive for results.
- Flexible, Team Player and Self-Motivated
- Any prior experience is a strong plus
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
