Job Description:

OM Solutionz Pvt Ltd is seeking an ambitious Lead Generation Officer to join our Business Development Department. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, persuasive, negotiation, and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect potential clients on platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, and other freelancing/business platforms.
  • Prepare and submit business proposals to clients, including both individuals and companies.
  • Handle prospecting activities via proposals, emails, and calls to generate potential leads.
  • Conduct research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
  • Manage documentation for requirements gathering and client communication.
  • Set up on-call meetings with potential clients to discuss business opportunities.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with potential leads and client information.
  • Qualify leads through effective communication and consistent follow-ups.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies related to lead generation.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, performance metrics, and progress towards goals.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Fresh to 6 months of experience in a related field.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and freelancing/business platforms is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach and a strong drive for results.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate flexibility.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
