Job Description:
We are seeking a strategically sharp and highly proactive Business Development Executive who can maximize Upwork lead generation opportunities. Your primary mission: generate high-quality leads daily by identifying the right projects, crafting compelling proposals, and driving a consistent flow of potential clients for our technology services business.

What You’ll Do:
- Actively search and bid on relevant Upwork projects daily (Web, Mobile, and Custom Software Development).
- Identify and qualify high-potential opportunities aligned with our service offerings.
- Craft tailored, impactful proposals to increase client engagement and response rates.
- Collaborate with the technical team on proposal strategy, scoping, and pricing.
- Maintain a structured tracker of all bids, responses, and outcomes.
- Continuously analyze bidding performance and optimize strategies for higher conversions.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve positioning and messaging.
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience generating leads or securing projects on Upwork (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of software development services (Web, Mobile, MERN, ROR, Python, AI, or Custom Solutions).
- Exceptional written communication and proposal-writing skills.
- Commercially astute, resourceful, and proactive, able to identify and seize opportunities independently.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical ability to evaluate client needs quickly.
- Self-driven with a consistent track record of achieving lead-generation goals.
